Bollywood actor Celina Jaitly has filed a domestic violence complaint against her husband Peter Haag. The case was filed in the Judicial Magistrate First Class court in Andheri, Mumbai. The court has issued a notice to Haag, who is an Austrian national. The case will be heard on December 12.

The petition also claims Rs 50 crores for loss of potential earnings. Her legal team states she was forced to stop working during a lucrative career period. They argue this resulted in substantial financial loss.
An additional Rs 50 crores is sought for pain and suffering. This brings the total damages claim to Rs 100 crores. The amounts reflect the severity of the alleged impact on Jaitly’s life and career.
Property Dispute and Coercion Allegations
Separate civil proceedings are underway regarding a property owned by Jaitly. Her legal counsel claims Haag obtained the property’s gift deed through coercion. This suggests possible financial manipulation alongside the domestic violence allegations.
